You might have missed the Spyker news that its next supercars will be rolling out from the factory of British carmakers. Ah, don’t worry if you are a Spkyer supercar fanatic since there is no news like that for now, well until CPP gets all the paperwork done.

Back In February, there were news going around that the CPP wanted to acquire the supercar brand from the Spyker Cars NV. The buzz on this had died down though.

Recently the British company CPP Global Holdings issued a statement that CPP remains interested and wants to finalize the buy out of the Duthc supercar brand but at the moment the negotiations are suspended. The British company are awaiting how Swedish Automobile will go about their refinancing and restructuring plans. CPP will wait until these moves by Spyker are implemented and until then, they will be committed to acquire the supercar brand.

CPP was advised to suspend the discussions and negotiations with Swedish Automobile back in June by the legal team of the latter.

So at the moment, Spkyer is still under the umbreall of Swedish Automobile and is a manufacture customer under contract with the CPP due to an agreement formed back in November 2010. CPP has poured in a lot of money to improve the tools, facilities, and skills for the buildin of the CB Aileron of Spyker.

CPP is also making moves to consolidate its production activities at the Browns Lane factory in Coventry which was closed back in 2005.
